Early Reading Skills Part 1 - $175 + HST

Grades: SK - Grade 2

Dates: Mondays, starting Sep. 25 (8 weeks), 4:30 - 5:30 pm (no class on Thanksgiving Monday)

                 Thursdays, starting Sep. 28 (8 weeks), 4:30 - 5:30 pm,

                 Saturdays, starting Sep. 30 (8 weeks), 10 - 11 am

 

Have your child join us for this 8 week session to build the essential, foundational skills needed to become a confident and successful reader. Sessions will be filled with activities, games, and reading practice to increase your child's fluency.  Watch your child’s reading soar!

 

Early Reading Skills Part 2 - $175 + HST

Grades: 2 - 3

Dates: Mondays, starting Sep. 25 (8 weeks), 5:30 - 6:30 pm

 

This 8-week course is designed to follow our Early Reading Skills Part 1. Students will continue to build upon the foundational skills needed to become a fluent and successful reader.  Emphasis will be placed on reading passages which increase in

length and a variety of comprehension skills.

 

Wizardry of Writing - $160 + HST

Grades: 3+

Dates: Thursdays, starting Oct. 19 (6 weeks), 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm

 

Students in grades 3+ are invited to join us for this 6-week session that will take their writing from simple to spectacular. Over the six weeks, students will work through a variety of engaging activities and practices to improve their writing abilities. Topics include: generating ideas, organizing your thinking, crafting great sentences/paragraphs and spicing up your writing.

 

Early Math Foundations - $175 + HST

Grades: 1-3

Dates: Thursdays, starting Sep. 28 (8 weeks), 5:45 - 6:45 pm

 

Early Math Foundations focuses on the basic numeracy skills and strategies needed to become proficient in math.  Sessions will be filled with engaging activities, games, and guided practice to increase your child's level of speed, accuracy and confidence.

 

Masters of Multiplication - $160 + HST

Grades: 3+

Dates: Mondays, starting Oct. 16 (6  weeks), 6:45 - 7:45 pm

 

Join us for an 6 week session to master the multiplication facts up to the ten times tables.  Classes are filled with

fun and engaging ways to commit the facts to memory.

 

French Basics - $180 + HST

Grades: JK/SK

Dates: Wednesdays, starting Sep. 27 (8 weeks), 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

 

A great way to introduce or maintain the French language. Classes are filled with games, songs and activities to make language learning memorable and fun!

 

French Immersion Prep - $180 + HST

Grades: 1

Dates: Wednesdays, starting Sep. 27 (8 weeks), 5:15 - 6:15 pm

 

This class is designed for Grade 1 students who are thinking about entering the Grade 2 Immersion program. Students will take part in engaging and meaningful activities that will introduce and practice the basics of French language.

 

French Immersion Boost - $180 + HST

Grades: 2-3 Immersion Students

Dates: Wednesdays, starting Sep. 27 (8 weeks), 6:15 - 7:15 pm

 

Core French students are invited to join us for this 8 week series.  Taught by a Halton French Immersion teacher, this series

will provide students with practice in vocabulary development, grammar and conversational language.

 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To guarantee a spot in your program of choice, full payment must be received at the time of registration.  Payment is non-refundable at anytime.  A $25 (+HST) Administration Fee will be applied for any transfer or credit request following the date of registration.  30 days prior to the commencement of the term, there are no transfers or class credits issued.  Class credits will not be issued due to illness or student scheduling conflicts.
